Bob's Biography

Robert J. Reisz MSE, CSCS, ATC is currently the owner of Peak Performance, a strength and conditioning, deep tissue massage, and sports massage and athletic training business that focuses on the high school athlete, recreational athlete and workplace athlete. He has worked with Olympic and professional athletes as well. He has owned this business for 4 years. He has also been an anatomy and physiology teacher at the High School and College level. He has done lectures for the Iowa Boys Athletic Union and in the workplace for various companies in sports medicine and in the workplace. Before becoming an educator he worked in a physical therapy setting as an athletic trainer learning various rehabilitation techniques with physical therapists. He is very experienced in injury prevention and assessing injuries. His athletic training duties have been with local high schools, semi-pro sports teams, rodeo, and with the industrial athlete. He received his college degree from the University of Iowa in Exercise Science and Education. He received his Masters Degree from Drake University in Administration. He is currently implementing massage into his protocols. This latest addition has become very powerful in getting athletes back in the game quicker than ever.His philosophy is training the whole person in the physical, mental, and spirit.
