improve every aspect of sport for the athlete. Ex: running, jumping,
fielding. getting the right mind set, sleep, better eating habits,
setting goals, explosive movements.
- We
are an organization that helps the athlete better their performance.
- Each
athlete will have a general benchmark to work towards. Ex: I might
have an athlete that runs a 4.9 40 yard dash. They will work towards
a 4.7 or even 4.6. Another athlete might have a squat of 300 lbs.
They will work towards having a maximum of 350, 360 or even 400 lbs.
- Teach
proper warm-up and cool-down.
- Educate
the community about athletic training and strength and conditioning.
- Assist
in proper care and prevention of sports injuries for high school,
college, and Olympic athletic evens.
- Works
together with other medical professions in orthopedics, physical therapy,
chiropractic, diet, podiatry, and family practice.
- Helps
athletes try to get to the NEXT LEVEL. This might be varsity, junior
college, Division I, or even go into the professional level.
